At this point you have probably been through most of the pages of our site, and you just have a few questions before you give us a call. We thought we'd save you a bit of time and trouble by posting a few of our most frequently asked questions right here.
Q: "What would happen if we kept your limousine and chauffeur longer than we planned to? And are there any days of the year when your services are not available?" A: In answer to the first part of this question, there are no additional fees tacked on if you keep the limo and chauffeur longer than you planned. Many companies will put on hidden fees at this point to make a few extra bucks off of an unwitting consumer, but we will not do that to you! You'll always pay the hourly price that we agreed to previously, and that's it. In response to the second part of the question, our services are absolutely available all year round, all week long, and all day and night. The only time you will not be able to obtain our services is if we are already booked! And that's why we recommend booking in advance.
Q: "Are your customers allowed to drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes on your limos?" A: We absolutely do allow alcoholic beverages on our bus, and we have the proper permits in place for this. We have beautiful acrylic or granite topped bars in our limos along with built-in coolers, so you can do your fair share of entertaining in our vehicles! All you've got to do is bring the beer, wine, or spirits. However, we do not allow any smoking in our limousines, and we thank you for respecting this policy out of concern for our nonsmoking guests and in order to keep our interior smelling fresh!
Q: "Are you insured for my protection and licensed according to Vancouver law?" A: Limousine Vancouver is insured to the maximum amount allowed by Vancouver law, and we also carry all the proper licenses as well as permits. In addition to the level of protection that our insurance policy provides, we also ensure that our chauffeurs pass strict driving tests, driving record checks, drug tests, and background checks. You are always in good hands with us.
Q: "How much does it cost to rent one of your limousines?" A: This is a question that we are unable to answer on our website since the prices fluctuate daily, mostly due to gas prices. However, all you've got to do is give us a quick call (the number is at the top of every page of this website) and we can provide that information for you over the phone. If you are looking to save money, our dropoff and pickup service is the least expensive option, and you will also save money if you try to book your travels on the days of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Q: "Can my reservation be cancelled?" A: Once you have paid your deposit, there are no cancellations. You will have to pay the full amount, even if you don't use the service. This is because you deposit guarantees you a vehicle, unlike other companies who might service the person that pays the most. You also cannot change the date of your reservation. Depending on availability, you might be able to upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or change the time earlier/later.
